With a solid background in business, both in business training and practical experience Anelise brings to real estate a broad array of skills and abilities. Her first personal successful experience with real estate was in 2012. Since then she has developed a passion for real estate after realising she can contribute a number of her personal traits and skills to the industry.
She acquired a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies in Eastern Europe – Romania – Bucharest before she decided to make New Zealand her new home. She had the great opportunity to apply her acquired skills and natural abilities running an airport motel in South Auckland and later on running a cleaning business, managing clients and staff, building trust based relationships, negotiating between parties and aiming for win-win situations.
Having begun her real estate career with another agency, Anelise made a move to Century 21 in 2017 with great excitement. Anelise has a natural ability to be a practical, straight-talker, allowing her to substantially increase efficiency, while being open minded, caring and focused on solving the needs, problems and desires of her clients. She always strives to understand and respond to the uniqueness of each client.
Through practical experience in real estate Anelise understands the crucial importance of state of the art marketing addressed to the right target audience for each property she lists on the market.
