Prior to our move to Auckland and the purchase of Quinovic Ponsonby property management, we were building high end residential properties in the Queenstown Lakes area. Property inspection when taking on a new property
When we take on a new property, we will carry out a thorough inspection, which provides us with the benchmark for care and maintenance. We produce chattel photos vital to maintaining property standards, and keep an inventory of items for property protection
Setting clear expectations with our owners and tenants from the outset
Quinovic aims for fixed term tenancy agreements for at least one year, which gives owners the security of guaranteed rental income. We like to have regular contact with our owners to review their goals, expectations and relationship with Quinovic Ponsonby.
Setting high standards to our tenants
We carefully screen, credit check and reference check all your tenants. We have a reputation of managing New Zealand’s best properties, which means we attract the highest calibre of tenants
Managing all legal documentation
We manage all legal documentation such as tenancy and bond agreements. We lodge all bonds.
Quarterly property inspections
When the property is tenanted, we carry out inspections every 3 months, and send the owner a report with photos as well as a comprehensive status update. We also identify any maintenance requirements.
Managing maintenance in an effective and cost efficient way
We identify and recommend any maintenance that we believe will protect the value of a property. Quinovic has relationships with New Zealand’s best trades-people. Our negotiating power means high quality maintenance at competitive costs.
Payment and reporting system
We have zero tolerance of rent arrears. Unlike many competitors, we make payments in our client’s bank account 5 working days of funds being received.
Advertising rentals through multiple professional websites and our own network
We advertise properties through multiple professional websites such as TradeMe, Facebook and Quinovic.co.nz. We market through our own database and network which includes 3000+ email addresses.
Regular rent reviews
We will review and increase the rent on regular basis in line with marketing movement so you can be sure you will receive the highest rent for your property.
