We work in the industry of Building Design. At Stiffe Hooker we have in-house Architects, Civil / structural engineers, Interior Designers and Technicians. We offer Architectural and Engineering services as a one-stop shop, from initial Feasibility Site Studies, Seismic Assessments and Concept Designs through to Resource Consent, Building Consent, Construction Documentation and Contract Administration and site Observation services.

As a team we all work collaboratively in Revit 3D software called BIM (Building Information Modelling). What this means is we can efficiently develop building designs and communicate in 3D with our clients. Along with traditional drawings, we can produce Video animations or arrange real-time Virtual Reality Walk-throughs with VR headsets. This gives clients the ability to immerse themselves and walk around in a full scale virtual prototype of the building before being built.
