Every time we sell a house we use a six page, 88-point checklist of marketing activities (see the picture below). Yes, it really is that long. And we keep adding new items to the list as we find more effective ways of selling homes.
Being diligent and checking off each item in the list as we execute the marketing for your property gives it the best possible chance of selling well and gaining an advantageous price.
